Our Organic Matcha boasts a vibrant green hue and a refined, smooth sweetness, perfect for an authentic ceremonial experience.
Ceremonial Grade Matcha – We carefully select the finest quality matcha green tea from Uji, Kyoto, Japan. We have collaborated with local tea masters and have a delightful tea plantation that has been protected by the tea farmers for over 350 years.
The tea master carefully chose and blended two varieties of the finest tea leaves, Saemidori and Okumidori, as it has a brilliant green color and elegant sweetness.
Premium Organic Ceremonial – can be enjoyed as 濃茶 (koicha, thick tea) and 冷抹茶 (cold matcha), and the usual 薄茶 (usucha, thin tea).
An unforgettable matcha moment – fine umami and rich sweet flavor, with a beautiful, vibrant green color.
About JAS labelling:
JAS stands for Japanese Agricultural Standards (日本農林規格), and the JAS Organic mark (有機JAS) is the official certification for organic products in Japan.
Our organic products are:
- No synthetic pesticides.
- No chemical fertilizers.
- No genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
- Organic farming practices have been followed for at least 2–3 years before certification.
- Production, processing, and packaging are all done according to strict organic standards.
- Certification is done by an approved inspection body in Japan.
